Crows in “Paper Gods” Live

Hello Katy and the Fellas! I love the beautiful video/photo montage used for the live show on the Paper Gods tour. One image stands out to me though. My questions is; In the beginning of the song "Paper Gods," there are crows/blackbirds in the trees - is there a symbolic meaning for the band with this? Thank you for reading. Reine'
