I've been playing bass for about a year now and find that learning new songs is fun, rewarding, and often a huge challenge. The next goal on my list is to learn to play "Rio" all the way through. Hi Sam, I never attempted to play other baselines- at least not an entire song- I'm still struggling with 'Good Times', 'Another One Bites the Dust' is definitely easier. Making compromises is how my style developed. Most baselines I rate highly, James Jamerson's work at Motown is almost all great- I can't come close to copping. -John
