It has come to our attention that somehow the Ask Katy email has been disabled. We are in the process of getting this fixed, but estimate that it has been down a few days - which was hard to ascertain because ASK KATY was on break during the same time. If you sent an email Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday and did not get a reply, my apologies and we will let you know when it's fixed.
