Hi Katy, I was just hunting around the net and came across a Nirvana site http://www.livenirvana.com/covers/artist.php.

On this site it states that the band recorded a version of Lithium for 'Thank You'. Is this true? And if so why did the band decide not to included the song? Thanks, Tammy

THAT IS NOT TRUE, BUT HERE IS WHAT DID HAPPEN: ON THE NIGHT OF THE DAY KURT DIED, JOHN AND WARREN PLAYED AN INSTRUMENTAL VERSION OF THE SONG LITHIUM AS A TRIBUTE TO KURT.
