I have a question for Andy based on his answer to a recent Q&A session on www.andytaylor.com. Who were you referring to when you mentioned the "pseudo smartypants"? I put the Q&A below for reference.

BT : In Duran Duran you were known as the "untamed" one. After all these years, do you still see yourself as fitting into that category?

AT : YES, IF THAT MEANS DO I HAVE AN INDEPENDANT WORKING MIND? STILL MARGINALLY SANE, BUT FREE FROM INTERFERENCE BY THE "PSUEDO SMARTYPANTS" WHO BELIEVE THEY ARE IN CONTROL

"What I mean is that there are an awful lot of people out there who actually think they are in control of their lives and yours (lawyers)

Who actually believe they know better than you and make a living from telling you so (politicians)

Who indulgently edit the accuracy of a nations history, and brainwash your kids, even though their accounts are false (academics)

Who wrongly accuse people of heinous and salacious deeds (journalists)

And believe you cannot fart without their blessing (record companies)

And there are still those, who depending on the colour of your skin or your social background, will turn & walk the other way (bigots and racists).

And finally, in the UK you have the chattering class, or what's left of the aristocracy, the so-called elite (parasites)

I suppose I have broadly described the constitution of the British Government.

My take on life is naturally different, but I suppose my point is simply that we live in a world that is ultimately corrupt. I came to terms with this from a very early age, when my father, through no fault of his own, ended up divorced. So then as opposed to offering him the hand of God, we were excommunicated from the English Protestant church, a place we had worshipped in for many years. So I am not very happy with religion either.

Anti-establishment is too easy a phrase, but you get my drift. Andy T."
