Katy, thanks for keeping us all informed! You have quite the enviable job! I don't think it's a big secret that Simon is quite the adventuresome sort, considering his past hobbies and activities. Is there anything (extreme sports, hobbies, etc.) that he *hasn't* tried yet, but is very interested in doing so? I would highly recommend rock climbing and mountain biking!
