Simon and Andy were listed with their names that we all know. However, Nick's name was listed as Jack Nicholas Bates. I know that Nick's middle name is James, and that Jack is a common nickname for James. Can you ask Nick to elaborate? Did he ever go by Jack when he was younger? Thank you so much! Kimberly
