Working on “Free To Love”

Hello! This is for any band member: How did FREE TO LOVE come around? When did the band start working on it? I love it, can’t stop listening! Thanks, Sean.

"Hi Sean, When we were doing the DANCE MACABRE sessions, we did some work with Nile. We did a jam with him that had a great rhythm but we didn't use it. Nick just couldn’t let go of it, he kept going back to that riff and said, 'we can work with this.’ We didn’t work on it right away, but Nick kept pushing us to go back to the studio.
When we were back in the Studio, we  worked on it for a couple of days, put some drums and bass on it , Simon came in and developed a great melody and the song took shape. Rachael and Anna’s backing vocals really gave it a Chic “Good Times” meets Duran Duran vibe! Nick was right, it was a great seed and we developed it in to something special. Glad you like it, Roger"
