Hidden TV Mania piece?

Hi guys. About a year ago I found on YouTube a piece called "strobo" by tv mania. The video was directed by Tatjana Rhodes, which make it most obvious that it's official. I want to know if is the hidden track from "Bored with Prozac and the Internet" ? Greetings from México city. Sincerely yours, Iván.
