“That’s an interesting question! We didn’t work there that long because the band went from zeros to heroes very quickly once Simon joined the band. It all blew up very fast once we got a record deal. John was on the door. Andy was in the kitchen cooking burgers. Simon was at University so he never worked there. I think the favourite drink at the time was a Bucks Fizz – a combination of champagne and orange juice, which I believe is a mimosa in America. Rt”
