As well as being a big DD fan (27 years and counting), I'm also a big fan of Hard Rock/Metal music. Since a lot of the younger guys in the scene have since said they listened to Duran back in the day, I was wondering if John had any particular favourite bass players from this genre, and if so, who would they be? "Is John Entwistle hard rock? He's amazing.. And John Paul Jones, of course, just for keeping John Bonham organized... I'm not a HUGE fan of HARD rock.. Not enough to really know the players.
