I'm really enjoying the box set singles and from 1986-1995 I'm so intrigued by the "Violence of Summer"(The Story Mix) - it really seems to be a bit of a departure. I'm curious what spurned this version and I did some research and found out of course it was part of the maxi-single release - but were there plans to maybe have included this on the "Liberty" album at some point? Or just something to try for the single release as a b-side? Mark

THAT PARTICULAR REMIX WAS DONE AFTER THE ALBUM WAS COMPLETED, SO IT WAS NEVER CONSIDERED FOR INCLUSION ON "LIBERTY." THE BAND DID, HOWEVER, FILM VIDEO FOOTAGE FOR THAT VERSION OF THE SONG. SADLY, IT WAS NEVER EDITED TOGETHER OR RELEASED.
