BEST PICTURE

WILL WIN: Both Nick and Katy agree that THE AVIATOR will win BEST PICTURE

SHOULD WIN: We agree again - SIDEWAYS!

BEST DIRECTOR

WILL WIN: Nick says MARTIN SCORCESE will win for THE AVIATOR. Katy thinks CLINT EASTWOOD will get it for MILLION DOLLAR BABY

SHOULD WIN: Nick has a "soft spot for Marty" and thinks he should get it for THE AVIATOR. Katy gives the nod to ALEXANDER PAYNE for SIDEWAYS

BEST ACTOR

WILL WIN: Everyone knows JAMIE FOXX has had that speech ready since November. Go RAY!

SHOULD WIN: Since PAUL GIAMATTI wasn't even nominated (the horror!), once again, we agree - our man JOHNNY DEPP in FINDING NEVERLAND -who we wanted to win last year -should win!

BEST ACTRESS

WILL WIN: Nick's nod is to HILARY SWANK for MILLION DOLLAR BABY. Katy's is to ANNETTE BENING for BEING JULIA

SHOULD WIN: Go with your bad self KATE WINSLETT. We love you and ETERNAL SUNSHINE.

SUPPORTING ACTOR

WILL WIN: Nick says CLIVE OWEN for CLOSER. Katy says MORGAN FREEMAN for MILLION DOLLAR BABY

SHOULD WIN: Nick thinks CLIVE should also win because he was "absolutely amazing" in CLOSER. Katy really liked SIDEWAYS and wants THOMAS HADEN CHURCH

SHOULD WIN: Despite the HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF shout out in the DVD Extras of SHREK 2, we both think THE INCREDIBLES was (you knew it was coming)...incredible!
