pre-sale backlash

The tickets for the pre-sale sold out on less than 3 minutes. The reason ticketmaster went down was due to the amount of requests they got actually crashed the system. When the system went back up, there were probably only 50 tickets left to buy and those went in about 30 seconds. I can understand the disappointment of not getting a ticket, but would also hope everyone would be thrilled that the band are in such demand!

Please refrain from sending the nasty emails though. It does seem that no matter how much of an incentive we try to provide to make things easier, it is never deemed as enough.

The remaining tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 10AM EST. Good luck!
