Hi Katy, I am really excited about the singles box set and relieved that EMI saw sense to include 'A View To A Kill'. I have 2 questions about the set. First: Are the band using the 7" or 12" versions of the original sleeve artwork? When they were released on vinyl the different vinyl formats had varying differences 'RIO' and 'Planet Earth' being particularly different.

Second: Is the original single version of Careless Memories going to be used on that single? It has an early fade which is different to the album version.

Cannot wait till the next album, boxed set, tour, etc. Murray

HI MURRAY. WE HAVE DECIDED YOURS WILL BE THE LAST QUESTION WE POSE TO EMI COS THEY CAN'T SPEND ALL DAY ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS(!), BUT HERE YOU GO:

"In answer to the two questions, the sleeves will be which ever version is best to adapt for use as a CD pouchette and include all the relevant text of the additional tracks ie in most cases the 12" version.

As for Careless Memories the tape used was the UK original single master tape and I have had it confirmed that it is the correct version. "
