mgm and a view to a kill

I was wondering what rights do 'MGM' have over the song 'A view To A Kill' . As it always seems strange that when ever it appears on a video compilation the first few minutes are always missing, as well as the first few seconds of the song. And the same with 'AVTAK' not a appearing on the up and coming 'Singles boxset', which features all the original 'FAB 5' singles except this one. Any thoughts?

WHILE WE ARE SURE MGM MUST OWN FAR TOO MANY RIGHTS FOR THE GUY'S LIKING, THEY ARE NOT AWARE THAT THE VIDEO HAD BEEN EDITED ON ANY COMPILATIONS. I BELIEVE THE SINGLES BOX ONLY CONTAINS THE BEGINNING SINGLES OF THE BAND'S CAREER, HENCE A VIEW TO A KILL DIDN'T MAKE IT IN THIS ONE. HOWEVER, THEY HOPE IT WILL BE PRESENT FOR DUTY FOR THE NEXT PHASE.
