HI JUSTINE. LET ME LEAVE IT UP TO NICK TO TELL YOU THE STORY:

One of our craziest/favorite fan stories date backs to the late 1980s at Birmingham NEC. On this particular day we had all arrived early to do a soundcheck and have an important meeting. Around 5PM we gathered in the dressing room with our mangers and other advisors to discuss some important and sensitive business. After the meeting had been going for about an hour,one of the guys heard a curious noise across the room and it seemed as though it was coming from under a table where food and drink had been laid out. Upon wandering over to take a closer look, they heard nervous breathing. As the slowly lifted up the tablecloth, it revealed two fans who had been there not only for the whole meeting, but since 11AM when catering first set up! The two fans were quite shocked that their plot had succeeded. When faced with the band, they were, actually, speechless. It took several minutes before they explained what they had done. In fact, they were both dressed as Medical Personal and had managed to talk their way in to the arena.
