Simon will be participating in a BBC 1 South West special presentation, RESCUE 193, airing on March 21 at 7:30. Simon has joined to pay tribute to the helicopter rescue crew who saved his life when his boat, DRUM, capsized during the Fastnet Race off the coast of Cornwall in 1985.
