Duran Duran announces a short April tour to celebrate the physical release of the band’s 13th full-length studio album, All You Need Is Now.

Although All You Need Is Now was released as a nine-track digital album late last year, a physical CD version of the effort has yet to emerge. But all that changes March 22 when All You Need Is Now lands in stores, containing all the songs included in last year’s download plus five new tracks to lure you into your local record store.

The band has three dates before the April tour gets underway, playing Austin’s SXSW March 16, WinStar World in Thackerville, Okla., March 18 and the Ultra Music Festival in Miami March 25.
The April tour begins on the 2nd of the month in Mashantucket, Conn., at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Other dates are April 4 at Atlanta’s Center Stage, April 6 in Houston at Warehouse Live, April 20 in Denver at Ogden Theatre and April 23 at Chicago’s House Of Blues plus previously announced shows at San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium April 16 and the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., April 17.

Dates on the April tour are being touted as “album release shows” taking place in advance of “an extensive North American tour,” according to the band’s press efforts.

Duran Duran will also make the TV rounds, appearing on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” March 22, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” March 25, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” March 30 and “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” March 31. Slide on over to duranduran.com for more information.
