Duran Duran attended the 7 p.m. performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage Sunday. Lead singer Simon Le Bon sipped Patron during LOVE and went backstage to meet the cast following the show with fellow band mates Nick Rhodes and John Taylor. If memory serves, Simon -- a LOOOONG time ago -- once announced to reporters trying to interview Duran Duran in their early years: "We're NOT the new Beatles." The clip was played over and over again on MTV ad nauseum.
