Coming out in the US tomorrow, June 27th, is Sleepthief's debut CD "The Dawnseeker," which includes a terrific cover of Duran Duran's The Chauffeur performed by Kirsty Hawkshaw. The CD's producer, Justin Elswick had this to say:
"THE CHAUFFEUR has been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it in the 80s. I've always loved the mysterious and seductive quality of the music and lyrics. Duran Duran happens to be one of my favorite groups of all time. It was my first choice for a cover with the SLEEPTHIEF project, and having a woman sing it gives it a unique slant."
